centrally located apartment in Konakli, Turkey is less than 150 metres from
the beach and is close to all local amenities. The apartment comprises
of lounge, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and 2 balconies. It is a top floor
apartment with a partial mountain and sea view. As well as the
customary stairs, there is also a
lift for the less energetic.
The apartment is set in a small complex
with a shop, restaurant, well maintained gardens and a large
swimming pool. It is ideal for couples
wanting the privacy and freedom that is not available with standard
self catering holidays.
The lounge is fully furnished with
3 piece suite (converts to bed), floor rug, wall unit, coffee table
and a small dining table. There is a Satellite TV, a DVD
player with a selection of DVDs and CDs, and a good selection of
books and some games for your personal use during your stay. There is also an air conditioning
unit with a remote
control handset.
The kitchen is fully equipped for 4 persons with fridge,
microwave, two-ring hob, toaster, electric kettle and sandwich
maker. There is also an electric iron and a full-size ironing table.
The bathroom is a good size with shower and storage space. There is
also a socket for a shaver or hairdryer
The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, double wardrobe and dressing table.
The second bedroom has a single bed with double wardrobe and drawers. This
2nd bedroom also has its own small private balcony.
Access to the main balcony is from
the lounge. The east facing balcony is ideal for morning sunbathing
and evening drinks. Its position also mean that in the summer
months, you won't get toasted in the hot afternoon sun. The small balcony overlooks the gardens and is accessed from bedroom 2.

The regularly maintained pool is a
great way to cool off in the hot afternoons. With the shop only a
few metres away, it's also a great place to relax and enjoy a cool
drink in the sunshine. Tables, chairs, sun beds and parasols around
the pool are all free of charge.
